Sweetest Story Ever Told
Every Christmas, O little town of Ft. Green dons its apparel to represent O Little Town of Bethlehem. After a happy tip from neighbor Amy, we went up from Sanpete, out of the city of Manti, into the city of David, which is called Bethlehem.
And it came to pass. . . that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus . . .
. . . and all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.
And she brought forth her first-born son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
I never tire of this Sweetest story ever told. I never tire of the hymns and carols about his miraculous birth and life. And I shall always adore Him – Christ the Lord.

First Snow
![]() |
| While my guys are digging potatoes they notice a snowflake settle on Meg's brown fur and call me over with my camera. Below is a tight crop of that bitty lil' white spot. |

| Opening Snow day graces Meg with this perfect tiny 6-pointed star-flake. She is oblivious to the tiny miracle resting on her fur. She just thinks everyone thinks she's all that. |

| Meg and Gigi the henny-penny who has had an extended charmed life here after avoiding her lady friends trip to the happy hunting grounds. |

| Today was also Build-a-cell-model Day. |

| Legos can be anything. |

| Kyle wants to be a bio-engineer (and a cowboy and a . . . ). Someday we'll remember that it all started on this cellular level. |
Meg Again

| Her body language says, "Time to impress." |
![]() |
| She begins with a flattening of her ears. |
![]() |
| And a narrowing of her eyes |
![]() |
| Now she begins to pull her lips back . . . |
![]() |
| into an ingratiating and ghastly smile. |
![]() |
| No Meg - not purdy. |
