More Cakes

Especially made for the cast of 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat'.
It's all in the details!

A topsy-turvey wedding cake for Shali.

Cultural hall chairs never had it so good until Kim's wedding.

A Kim Cake

I'll call this one Kim - since I created it for . . . Kim! She looked so sweet and her wedding was lovely. I followed Kara's example and became a wedding crasher with my camera. I'm learning how to edit them and I'll blog them soon too!

"Joseph!"

We just enjoyed a weekend of our Ward's youth presenting Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. They were amazing. This is nephew Jaiden who played 'Rueben'. Jaiden again, and Liz. The coreography (and everything else) was stellar! I've never seen it better done, including the pros. Mark and Kyle were glued to their seats every performance. We went to 3 out of the 4.

Lego Drama

"Mom, ya gotta see this!" So I went down to the T's domain of the house. There I was introduced to Captain Blast Off and General Flight - lego hero's about an inch tall. And then they showed me these creation wonders. These highly sophisticated machines are able to traverse land and sea and sky.
Kyle's was equally amazing with great capacity for destruction of the bad guys.

Variety - the Spice of Life!

Started the day (Saturday) with this . . .
. . . went to this (horseback riding with my cowboy and yes, he wore his chaps. This pair were once my father's when he rode saddle bronc for BYU's rodeo team. "Kennington" is stamped on the leather at J's waist - but that picture is for another day . . . and I digress) . . .

. . . with a little of this (waiting for the automatic car wash). . . . . . and this too . . .

Karli

This is a plug for my neice Karli who is, at this moment, having a blog popularity contest with her husband. She's good ladies, she's REAL GOOD. So do Karli and yourself a favor and link over to her. Warning: she IS slightly addicting - the projects she does and photos she takes, and the other places she may lead you are great! Don't run, walk, waddle or saunter. . . ZIP!/CLICK over to KARLI's blog. You'll be glad you did.

PS Did I mention urgency is needed? - time is almost up and her husband is real . . . well, he knows what he's doing when it comes to the internet and technology and that sort of thing.
