Her funny little cocker provided another unexpected photo opportunity. She just kept showing up in the shots which I think is entirely appropriate since Carrie is so fond of animals. Yay for breezes and critters and the serendipity of them both.

The Wind Blew
One of my favorite children’s picture books is The Wind Blew. Every page tells about something the wind does that is funny or frustrating. This morning the wind blew on our photo shoot. It blew Carrie’s hair all over. It took liberties with her skirt. It blew the clouds on and off the sun. And it made for some beautiful portraits of this Carrie-Bear.
